On October 31, 2025, the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) Autumn Sports Meet kicked off in a vibrant atmosphere.

The School of International Education organized 36 international students and faculty members to participate in the opening ceremony. Dressed in traditional attire and holding Chinese national flags, the students marched past the rostrum in high spirits and synchronized steps alongside the faculty. They chanted the slogan “I Love China, I Love HUST”. Their voices resonating across the venue and elevating the atmosphere to a climax.

Following the ceremony, the faculty team enthusiastically joined in fun staff competitions such as group jump rope, sandbag toss, and basketball shooting. Through collaboration and friendly competition, they fully demonstrated their energetic spirit and excellent team cohesion.

The sports meet not only showcased the vitality and dynamism but also served as a vivid reflection of its multicultural integration, contributing to international students’ immersion into campus life and strengthening the bonds between Chinese and international students and faculty.
