2026 HUST Application Guide for Exchange Programs
➭Eligibility and Requirements
To be eligible, applicants must:
-Be non-Chinese citizens holding a valid passport.
-Be currently enrolled at a university that has a valid student exchange agreement with HUST.
-Be officially nominated by the home university. The nomination letter must be sent to vivianyan@hust.edu.cn prior to application.
➭Program Duration
The study duration for exchange students should align with the nomination letter issued by the home university (1 semester or 1 academic year).
➭Application and Admission Procedures
Application deadline:
● December 15, 2025 (for 2026 Spring Intake)
● May 31, 2026 (for 2026 Autumn Intake)
Step 1.
Log in to the HUST Online Application System at http://admission.hust.edu.cn/.
Step 2.
Choose your program（Please refer to the 2026 English-medium programs for visiting students）, upload the required documents, and submit your application.
Please discuss the detailed program name with Ms. Vivian via vivianyan@hust.edu.cn before apply.
Note:
● The documents uploaded should be clear, complete, true, and valid. Incomplete or false applications will be rejected.
● Please keep updated with your application and evaluation procedures through your Application System online.
➭Documents for Application
1. Nomination Letter issued by the home university.
2. Academic Certificate
Official registration letter issued by your current home university.
3. Transcripts
4. CV
Including educational background, work experience, and publication list if available.
5. Study Plan/Research Proposal
One page is sufficient.
6. Language Proficiency Certificate
English-medium Programs:
TOEFL (≥80), IELTS (≥6.0),
Equivalent certificates are accepted.
Or the previous degree education was instructed in English.
Chinese-medium Programs:
HSK 4 (Score ≥180) for Science, Engineering, Medicine;
HSK 5 (Score ≥180) for Economics, Management, Literature, Education, Philosophy, Arts and Law.
-Or the previous degree was instructed in Chinese.

9. Certificate of Non-criminal Record
A certificate issued by your local police station or law enforcement agency certifying that you have no previous criminal record.
Note: All application documents must be in Chinese or English. Documents issued in the third language should be translated in Chinese or English.
➭Fees
The registration fee, tuition fee, and other fees will be conducted according to student exchange agreements.
Other expenses for reference
On-campus dorm:700-1400 CNY/month
Living expense:1200-2500 CNY/month
Insurance Premium:800 CNY/year
Water, electricity and internet fee:1000-3000 CNY/ year
➭Location
Students of the Chinese Language program are located at the Junshan Campus. All other students are based at the Main Campus.

2026年rabey雷竞技校际交流项目招生简章
➭招生对象
1.申请者须为持有有效护照的非中国籍公民。
2.申请者所在高校须与我校已签署并在有效期内的校际交流协议。
3.申请者须在申请前获得所在学校的正式提名。
➭学习期限
学习期限以合作院校出具的提名信为准，并应与两校协议约定保持一致（一学期或一学年）。
➭申请流程
申请截止时间：
● 2025年12月15日（2026年春季入学）
● 2026年 5月31日（2026年秋季入学）
申请步骤：
1. 登录rabey雷竞技国际学生招生与管理服务系统
网址：http://admission.hust.edu.cn/
2. 选择具体项目 (详见2026年进修生专业英文授课目录)，上传申请材料并提交申请（申请人应在正式申请前通过邮件与严老师联系，咨询专业名称等信息，邮箱：vivianyan@hust.edu.cn）。
备注：
● 上传文件应保证清晰、完整、真实、有效，否则将不予受理。
● 在申请过程，请密切关注招生与管理服务系统，查看申请流程和审核状态。
➭申请材料
1. 派出院校出具的正式提名信
2. 学习证明：学生就读高校出具的在读证明
3. 成绩单
4. 个人简历：包括教育背景、工作经历及论文发表情况（如有）
5. 学习计划/研究方案（提交一页即可）
6. 语言能力证明
申请英文授课项目者，需提交相应英语水平证明：
- 达到托福80分，雅思6.0及以上分数;
-或已获得了被rabey雷竞技认可的其他相关语言成绩证明；
-或前置学历学位教育为英语的证明材料。
申请汉语授课项目者，需提交汉语水平考试HSK相应等级证明：
-申请理学、工学、医学等学科专业，需提供HSK 4级180分及以上证书；
-申请经济学、管理学、文学、教育学、哲学、艺术、法学等学科专业，需提供HSK 5级180分及以上证书；
-或前置学历学位教育为汉语，无需提供汉语水平证明。

9. 无犯罪记录证明：由学生所在当地公安机关或执法机构签发的无犯罪记录证明。
备注：以上所有材料须提供中文或英文版本，非中英文材料需附中文或英文翻译件。
➭费用
申请费、学费及其他相关费用将依据两校合作协议相关条款执行。
其他费用（供参考）
住宿费: 700-1400元/月
生活费: 1200–2500元/月
保险费: 800元/年
水、电、网费: 1000–3000元/年
➭地点
中文专业的学生统一安排在军山校区就读，其余专业的学生均在主校区就读。
