To international students who enjoy CSC scholarship:
According to the policy of China Scholarship Council (CSC), all international students who enjoy Chinese Government Scholarship must complete the scholarship registration through the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System. The mattes is hereby notified as follows:
Ⅰ. Registration period
September 10, 2025—October 10, 2025.
Ⅱ. The scope of participants
All international students who enjoy CSC scholarship (including MOC , YLS, HMP,CEU etc.) in the 2025/2026 academic year and should purchase medical insurance.
Ⅲ. Login and Registration Guide
Website: https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login
Account: CSC NO.(e.g.: 2024DFJ111111)
Password: The account password is the one you registered when applied for the scholarship
1）After log-in, click the Registration button in the left upper corner of the homepage.
2）After entering the registration page, check your personal information carefully.
If you need to apply for personal information correction, fill in the application form (Attachment 1) and send to nataliehu@hust.edu.cn. (Do not need to wait for reply, complete registration firstly.)
3）After checking the basic information, click Confirm the Registration.
4）Students who are not able to complete the online registration due to personal reasons shall contact us to help complete the scholarship registration before October 10, 2025. For scholarship students who should register but failed to register before October 10, 2025 will be regarded as giving up the scholarship qualification.

关于2025/2026学年中国政府奖学金生注册的通知
全体中国政府奖学金生：
根据国家留学基金委管理委员会规定，2025/2026学年所有到校报到的中国政府奖学金生须登录“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”完成学籍注册操作。现就2025/2026学年中国政府奖学金生注册有关工作通知如下：
一、注册时间
2025年9月10日-10月10日
二、注册对象
所有2025/2026学年在籍的中国政府奖学金生 (包括MOC, YLS, HMP、CEU等项目学生），已购买综合医疗保险。
三、登录与注册操作指南
登录网址：https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login
账号：CSC 编号 (e.g.,2024DFJ111111)
密码：申请奖学金时注册的账号密码
1）登录后，在页面中左上角菜单栏点击报到注册。
2）进入注册页面后，须对自己的基本信息进行核对，如需要对个人信息进行更正，请填写申请表格（附件1）并发送至nataliehu@hust.edu.cn（无须等待回复，请先完成报到注册）。
3）核实基本信息后，点击确认注册。
4）因网络问题等个人原因无法完成网上注册的同学，请于2025年10月10日前联系国际教育学院协助完成注册。对无故逾期未注册的学生，将被视为放弃奖学金资格。
