Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Program 

(Chinese Government Scholarship)

In order to cultivate the global governance talents with broad international vision, cross-cultural background, excellent quality and outstanding leadership, the Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Program has been launched under the Chinese Government Scholarship for recruiting the master’s degree candidates in the areas concerned.

Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) has been designated as one of the higher education institutions to accept applications for this scholarship program.

Funding Duration

- One year

Coverage: Tuition, accommodation,living allowance, and comprehensive medical insurance.

Duration of Schooling

2 years (1+1 Mode)

In the 1st year, students should complete the course study, the research and the preparatory work for the dissertation in China. Fundedby the full scholarship.

In the 2nd year, students need to return to the home country, combine with the own work, complete the dissertation and pass the defense.

Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must:

- be in good health both physically and mentally, under the age of 45;

- Bachelor’s degree holder or above, with at least 3 years working experience. Those with relevant education or work background would be preferred.

- be senior public official, senior management staff of institutions or enterprises, administrative staff of universities or scientific research institutions, or those with working/internship experience in international organizations.

Language Proficiency

Applicant should have a good command of English.

Those with certificate of English proficiency would be preferred:

- TOEFL (≥80), IELTS (≥6.0), or GRE (≥310);

Equivalent certificates are accepted.

- ortheprior teaching language is English.

2. A scanned copy of the Passport Information Page;

3. Diploma and certificate of highest education;

4. Academic transcripts. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English shall be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English;

5. Certificate of English proficiency;

6. A study/research plan written in English (no less than 1000 words);

7. Two recommendation letters in Chinese or in English from professors or associate professors;

8. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (Click to download);

9. Certificate of Non-criminal Record issued by the local public security/police station；

10. Certificate of employment or proof of working/internship experience.

中国政府来华留学卓越奖学金项目招生简章

   为培养具有广阔国际视野、优秀综合素质、卓越领导能力和跨文化背景的全球治理人才，中国政府来华留学卓越奖学金项目自2023年起正式启动，面向全球招收有关领域的硕士研究生候选人。

作为卓越奖学金项目的执行院校之一，rabey雷竞技受中国教育部委托，现将开放申请并执行有关国际人才培养项目。

一．项目简介

1. 国际商务硕士

2. 公共管理硕士

- 授课语言：英语

- 学制：两年（1+1模式）

第一学年，需在校完成全日制基础课程学习与考察研究工作，并完成学位论文的准备工作；

第二学年，需回所在国结合其自身本职工作实际，完成学位论文，并按要求进行学位论文答辩，合格者获得学位。

  - 资助内容：全额奖学金（含学费，住宿费，生活费及综合医疗保险）；资助期限为第一年。

三．申请条件

1.非中华人民共和国国籍，年龄不超过45周岁，身心健康。

2.具有本科及以上学历，有三年及以上工作经历；具有与所申请项目相关专业学习或工作背景者优先。

3.申请者须为以下四类人员之一：

①所在国政府部门处级（或相应级别）及以上的公职人员；

②机构和企业等单位高级管理人员；

③高校和科研机构行政管理人员；

④有国际组织任职或实习相关经历人员。

语言水平要求：

申请人需具备良好的英语能力。

- 达到托福80 分，GRE310 分，雅思6.0及以上分数者；

- 或前置学历授课语言为英语；

        - 或已获得被rabey雷竞技认可的其他相关语言成绩证明。

四．申请方式

申请人应在自2026年3月31日前，登录中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn）进行网上报名，并在线提交申请材料。

奖学金类型选择“Type A”，受理机构代码为：1563，申报项目为“中国政府来华留学卓越奖学金项目”。

五．申请材料

1. 中国政府奖学金申请表；

2. 护照信息页；

3. 经公证的最高学历证明；

4. 学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；

5. 语言能力证明；

6. 来华学习或研究计划（不少于1000字）；

7. 推荐信。申请人须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；

8. 《外国人体格检查表》 （请点击下载）；

9. 无犯罪记录证明（由所在地公安机关出具）；

10. 工作证明/实习证明。
